How can I figure out which size to buy?We have a size guide to help you with every garment and is usually detailed in the description. Please keep in mind that all body types are different and people with the same measurements can look drastically different in the same garment. Feel free to contact us to ask about sizes, we're here for you!

I am in Pucallpa - Peru, is it possible to come in and try on an item in the store?Of course! We’ll be so happy to have you here in our store! Send us a message so we can wait for your visit and accommodate fittings or try-ons.

I recently purchased an item and now it’s on sale. Can I get the discounted price?Pricing on our website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed prior to the promotion are not eligible to receive the promotion or discount. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized use of discount codes/promotion.

Will you be restocking sold out items or sizes?Most of our collections are limited in offering, as we are continuously working and focusing our efforts on creating new pieces and collections. All COLLECTIVE items are handmade by incredible Shipibo artists. Each piece is thoughtfully & uniquely crafted, therefore, we often do not have a timeline for when/if a product will be restocked. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be the first to know when new items are released and any future restocks.

How do I make a return?Our return policy varies depending on the items ordered. Please review our Return Policy to understand the conditions for our various product offerings.

Can I exchange my items?We currently do not offer the option to exchange items. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

How can I contact Shipibo Collective?We usually answer immediately, when we are very busy we still usually answer on the same day or the next. The best way to contact us is through Instagram or Facebook as we are very present there so we will answer fastest there.

What materials does Shipibo Collective use?Wherever possible, we work with natural fabrics. All of our designs are hand-made and hand-dyed and there is some variance due to the hand-made process. If there is variance, it is mentioned in the description. All of our designs are vegan. Most of our designs are 100% Peruvian Pima cotton and 100% organic cotton. If there's stretch, it's probably got a bit of Lycra in there to make it stretchy. We have a soft spot for softness, so most of our materials are very soft.

What if the color of the item is different from the one I see in the pictures?Due to the use of only organic materials, the shade of a fabric can be slightly different from the one you see on our pictures, which actually makes each garment unique and special! Please check the color of the garment in day light and lamp, usually the color will be much brighter under sunlight.

Custom and personalized ordersWe are not accepting custom orders at the moment.

Care instructionsWe recommend washing it alone the first time in delicate mode and then with like colors in cold water. This will also help even out any slight tone variations due to the dying process with some of our garments. You can also toss this garment in the dryer on a medium-high heat.

Does Shipibo Collective Ship worldwide?We are shipping worldwide with Serpost Express. It is free on orders over 100 USD. The preparation time for shipping can be wary for some items from 1 to 7 working days, if you need your order to a specific date, please contact us before purchase. Please write us your PHONE NUMBER when you are making an order! We are not responsible for the quality of post company work. We only can be responsible for the quality of our products. If the shipment is lost or was provided with the wrong shipping address, please inform us so we will try to help, but it will be in the post company responsibility or clients.
